Lawrence allegedly left demonstrator car behind the picket fence at Dealey Plaza at 12:30 p.m., 11/22, when he was unable to drive through the Dealey Plaza area to the dealership. He was fired by Downtown Lincoln on 11/23/63. He was living comfortably in this country when, earlier this year (1985), testimony in the Miller spy case in L.A. revealed that KGB is operating in this country. He says that Dept. T handles KGB external intelligence. From 35 to 40% of all Russians n this country as tourists, diplomats, etc., are KGB spies.

Shanklin of the Honolulu office. A Minnesota native, son of Norwegian immigrants, was in charge of Dallas office from December of 1958 to April 1963. Lynum replaced Edward L. Boyle as Special Agent in Charge. Lynum's two children: Larry Lynum, born 1950; and Bonnie Lynum, born 1951.
