In that letter, White said that in 1963 he was at the S.M.S. Italian Club, Tampa, FL, when Santo Trafficante, Frank Ragano and Frank Ippilito engaged in an argument over two briefcases filled with money. Ippilito told Trafficante that the money was $200,000 short and that he had already paid off the two men who had killed President Kennedy. (SSA Neu advised Special Agent Gerszewski that the Bureau had already received information regarding an incident similar to that reported by White.)
