TRAMPS,
Harkness and Roy Vaughn arrested 3 tramps in boxcar at approximately 2:00 p.m. 11/22/63. Bass and Wise took them to Dep. Sheriff Harold E. Elkins who took them to Capt. Fritz's office. According to Houston Post article, they were apparently still in Dallas City jail from 11/22/63 until 4 days later. Reports allegedly written by Wm. E. Chambers, city detective, and gave their names as: Gus W. Abrams, 53; Harold Doyle, 32; and John Forrester Gedney, 38. "On the day of the assassination there were several individuals removed from the train other than the three individuals previously identified" (statement of David V. Harkness on 5/19/92 to FBI) (See MMF 2550). The arrest records for the three tramps were removed from a "green filing cabinet." Elmer Boyd was asked if that cabinet belonged to Captain Fritz (MMF 2590).

On 11/22/63, she worked for film company that developed Zapruder film (Jamieson ?). She took a "copy" home for a few days and her brother-in-law, Bob Tullius, an auditor with Chrysler Corporation, viewed it then. Bernard Tullius was an electronics engineer with LTV. In 1970, Mrs. Dorothy Tullius was working in Sanger Harris' camera department. In 1994, phone is listed in name of Albert B. Tullius. On 1/13/95, Noel Twyman talked to her and she said her film was made by her nephew, Fr. Richard Tullius, priest in Grand Prairie, TX. (Is he the Richard Tullis in the AARC index? Is he the man filming on the same side of the street as Jim Altgens but wearing a hat?) (See Fr. Richard F. Tullius)

TULLIUS, RICHARD F. (FATHER)
Father Tullius was 17 years old 11/22/63. He took slides of the JFK motorcade from Love Field to Parkland Hospital and formed a group of people who put their slides together. Many good slides of Parkland Hospital. He was not at Dealey Plaza that day. In 1995, he is Pastor of St. Michael The Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Grand Prairie, TX.

Heavyweight boxer. Name on Jack Ruby's Graphics list and also in Jack Ruby's and Larry Crafard's notebooks. In August 1982, Reagan "Buddy" Turman, 48, and two Colorado men, Rocco Saluzzi and Glen Dial, Jr., were indicted for attempting to sell $1 million in counterfeit money.
